7 years ago i devised a plan to get that perfect smooth edge on any shape of cake, so i devised the upside down methord. This does take a bit of practice, but once you get it, you will never do cakes the same way again. here is my first video of doing it. I am a bit naff at doing videos so please excuse any mistakes i make. this one got 14K likes and views on it.
