Tips for summer heat.

Please be aware that icing sheet prints are fragile in this heat. A lot of bakers opt for wafer paper instead as these are better to handle in the summer heat. Please be aware that if you use icing sheets make sure you take them out of the fridge or freezer as soon as you need them. As they will start to go stretched in the heat ans end up breaking or stretched in the heat. Thanks all.
