How to do perfect buttercream on cakes

I made this video over 8 years ago now, it has 5667K likes on youtube so thought i would share it with you on my website. I found this idea just by chance, and i started to do it on all my cakes. I also use a good idea on the upside down fondant cake one, that i will post tomorrow night for you all.
